I&rsquo;ve spent my career inside large enterprises doing the unglamorous work of making technology actually serve the business — architecture, integration, operations, and now the messy, interesting business of putting AI to work where it counts. What you&rsquo;ll find here is what that looks like from the inside.</p> <p>The name is a deliberate pun. A think tank studies and advises; a Thinx tank is where ideas about intelligent systems get worked, tested, and put into service. Expect posts on enterprise architecture, AI strategy and governance, the unsexy plumbing that makes AI deployments real, and the occasional field note on what worked and what didn&rsquo;t.</p>
